Each ham is fresh
frozen to ensure its freshness. It is then vacuum packaged and packed
in an insulated reusable cooler. Refrigerate product after recieving.
To store after
opening, wrap in aluminum foil to retain moisture, and refrigerate.
It will retain its moist tenderness for up to 12 days. If there
is unserved portions place in a freezer safe container and be assured
that there will not be a loss of flavor or texture.
